CAPYBARA CASH-IN-TRANSIT

Capybara Cash-in-Transit has a rear walk-in vault and racking system, security access door, a crew area with seating, intercom, siren and PA system. It has a reverse camera system and a DVR system with 8 cameras for all round vehicle visibility.

The front of the vehicle has B6 steel and window armoring, while the rear of the vehicle and vault area is protected by lightweight anti-cut composite panels. Capybara CIT is fitted with run flat tyres.

Crime Scene Investigation

The RSV Crime Scene Investigation Vehicle is a specialist mobile forensic laboratory. 

It transports essential equipment needed at a crime scene. It is self-sufficient with a built-in generator, interior 

and exterior electric sockets and work lights. The interior LED 

lighting has variable colour options and a control panel manages all electrical systems.

 

 

The CSI Vehicle is designed to respond to any crime. It is designed to transport forensic, storage 

and laboratory equipment to and from a crime scene. It provides a sheltered and secure facility where evidence can be bagged, 

labelled and securely stored while investigations and evidence gathering are under way. 

 

 

 

Non-marking interior surfaces have a smooth seamless finish that is both hygienic and easy to clean. 

It is fitted with shelving, soft closing lockable drawers, storage benches, and work tables. 

It has air conditioning and heating and is fitted with a counter fridge and a built-in sink 

with hot and cold water. Waste water is collected and held on board.

The CSI vehicle is fitted out to store specialized forensic equipment such as evidence and sample bags, 

jars, seals and labels, tents, screens, crime scene markers and tape. It stores PPE equipment, crime scene tools, search equipment, 

DNA & drug testing equipment, body bags, laboratory equipment as well as cleaning equipment, chemicals & disinfectant. 

Everything is securely loaded and fastened on board for storage and transport.

upgrade, increased ride height, underbody protection, all terrain tyres, steel bumpers (airbag compatible) 

with a front electric winch and a rear swing arm accommodating a full size spare wheel and 

20L jerry can.

It can be equipped with options* such as a long range fuel tank (120L), reinforced cargo area floor, 

public address system, exterior lighting and light bars, Codan radio and antennas for UHF and VHF 

frequencies, as well as mesh window and light protection all round. Seats are covered with hard wearing 

canvas.

On top of this, the modifications are backed by RMA Automotive’s factory warranty and Ford original 

equipment manufacturer’s vehicle warranty.
