Hennie Heystek brings 20+ years of experience in the Automotive Industry to his role as Operations Manager at RMAA South Africa. His areas of expertise include Project Management, New Business Development, RFQ & Costing, Supply Chain Management & Planning, Lean Management, Quality Assurance, Planning and design of new plant layouts both in South Africa and Turkey, as well as Key Account Management skills.
Johan is a strong leader and well-rounded Finance & Operations professional with 15+ years’ experience in financial and operational management. He’s a registered AGA (SA) and holds an MBA from the North-West University Business School. He is passionate about developing people, continuous improvement, driving change, and making a difference across all areas.
